The two-story glass frontage serves as a bold introduction, with smart glass technology providing both privacy and innovation. Inside, natural stone and rich walnut finishes were chosen to ground the space, offering warmth and organic texture throughout.
The floating staircase in the foyer and expansive white oak flooring establish an open, airy flow that seamlessly connects the living spaces.
In the kitchen, the focus was on achieving a minimalist yet functional aesthetic. Concealed refrigeration, double islands, and top-of-the-line appliances contribute to a sleek, modern design that also supports effortless entertaining.
The travertine fireplace in the family room was designed as a central feature, adding both texture and warmth, creating a comfortable and inviting focal point.
The primary suite is conceived as a serene retreat, with ocean blue travertine slabs in the bathroom to evoke a spa-like atmosphere.
Dual walk-in closets offer ample space and luxury, while pocketed sliding doors throughout the home enhance the indoor/outdoor flow, opening living spaces to the carefully curated outdoor lounge and pool area.
