The Pavillion is a 15-unit contemporary multi-family building in Valley Village, designed and built with the attention to detail more commonly associated with single-family residential work. Interior Conception developed all five floor plans and oversaw the full interior design, from the double-height lobby to the individual units. Each residence includes a private master suite with a walk-in closet, a freestanding tub and shower combination, and an ethanol fireplace, giving each unit a level of finish that stands apart from typical multi-family construction. Shared amenities include a gym with street-facing views and an internet cafe. 
 
The design prioritizes a balance of contemporary aesthetics and everyday functionality throughout the building. Common areas feel considered rather than generic, with clean lines, quality materials, and proportions that hold up at scale. This 7,500 square foot Tarzana estate was designed and built from concept to completion as a custom spec home, with Interior Conception overseeing the floor plan, interior architecture, and all finish selections. Above the Valley

Encino Hills modern home, a residential project spanning 3,600 sq ft in Encino, CA, completed in 2024. Interior Conception handled full interior design from concept through installation.

The site sets the terms. Positioned in the hills above the Valley, this 3,600-square-foot new construction in Encino was designed around what the land offers — long southern views, morning light, and an indoor-outdoor relationship close enough that the line between the two stops mattering. White oak, softly veined stone, and matte black run throughout: a palette restrained enough to stay out of the architecture's way.

The kitchen anchors the main level with dual islands, continuous stone counters and backsplash, concealed refrigeration, and black-framed windows opening to the garden. Pocket sliders connect the living area directly to the terrace, where concrete, turf, pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen are laid out with the same discipline as the rooms within. Upstairs, the primary suite opens to a valley-facing balcony; the powder room makes its own statement — a monolithic vein-cut travertine vanity, the one room in the house where a single material gets the full attention.

Brentwood Contemporary Residence

The 6,000-square-foot, three-story residence was designed in close collaboration with the project architect — a home that began with a traditional brief and arrived at something more deliberate: a contemporary interior built on walnut, alabaster, and brass, materials that hold their ground across every level without needing to explain themselves.

The kitchen is the home’s anchor — custom walnut cabinetry, marble-inspired stone, wrapped hoods, and a two-person workstation sink where brass hardware makes its first clear appearance before threading through the rest of the house. Outside, the backyard was held to the same standard: pool, raised spa, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace, designed as a continuation of the interior rather than a contrast to it.
