Project Overview
This 7,500 square foot Tarzana estate was designed and built from concept to completion as a custom spec home, with Interior Conception overseeing the floor plan, interior architecture, and all finish selections. The goal was a home that reads as modern without feeling cold: clean lines and a consistent contemporary palette throughout, offset by materials and proportions that make each room feel genuinely livable. The first floor includes a junior master suite overlooking the pool and backyard, which serves as a strong design moment in its own right rather than an afterthought.Project Narrative

The kitchen, bathrooms, master closet, and powder room each carry a distinct material character while staying visually connected to the whole. The backyard and pool were designed to extend the indoor aesthetic outdoors, making the property work as a unified package. The result is a home that performs well for an end buyer without the generic feel that often comes with spec construction.
