This Studio City estate was designed from the ground up as a modern farmhouse that actually lives like one. Natural oak finishes, custom marble details, and a black marble fireplace wall in the family room give the home a strong material identity without leaning into trends. The dual-island kitchen balances serious function with refined aesthetics, featuring oak cabinetry, marble counters, Thermador appliances, and a layout built for both daily living and entertaining. A dedicated home theater with acoustic paneling and custom lighting rounds out the ground floor with the same level of care given to every other room.The primary suite takes the material story upward: vaulted wood ceilings, a marble fireplace, and a private terrace overlooking the pool create a space that feels genuinely removed from the rest of the house. Throughout the 5,000 square feet, every finish decision and spatial proportion was made with both visual impact and livability in mind.
